After a few weeks on a vegan diet, I noticed a lot of positive changes to my physical health and spiritual wellbeing.
I then decided to fully adapt a vegan diet and set out to be educated on Plant Based Nutrition, having that education and seeing the benefits of Plant Based Nutrition and how easily it can be incorporated into a busy lifestyle.
I then founded Vegan Convenient to spread the word about the tremendous difference a Vegan diet can make to your body, mind and spirit.
I wanted to show people that you can have this lifestyle that is so beneficial to your health, the environment and animal welfare without going to specialist shops and vendors, indeed you can source all the ingredients for a vegan diet at your local greengrocers and supermarkets and at no extra financial cost, whole food vegetables, fruits, beans, pulses, grains
nuts and seeds are relatively cheap.
Transitioning to a vegan diet is a lot more convenient then you might think.

I hold a Diploma in Vegan Nutrition and am a registered member with The British Dietetics Association (BDA) The Complimentary Medical Association (CMA) The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and The Global Resource for Nutrition Practice (PEN)
Through these associations I continue my nutrition education with the most up to-date science and studies of Plant Based Nutrition.
